Here at HMS, we offer the flexibility of medical care offered in the comfort of any setting needed. Wherever you are on the island our quality service will come to you. We aim for same to next day appointments.
Annual Checkups
Yearly medicals are offered and encouraged to ensure that you keep your body always in peak physical shape and early detection of any and all ailments that may prove detrimental.

Our Team
Dr Sean Blackburn
Born Sean W Blackburn, in the not so far away island of Jamaica, knew from he was young that medicine was to play a major part in his future, as such he worked towards attaining said goal. He suffered a few setbacks but won a scholarship to study at the Latin-American School of Medicine where he graduated with honours.
Since then, he has served the people of Jamaica before migrating to the lovely island of Antigua and Barbuda with his beautiful wife Dr Tracyline Phillip-Blackburn and then son now two marvellous boys where they now call home. He worked in the Emergency Department for several years before deciding to invest his all into the upliftment of Heritage Medical Services with his wife, the Co-Owner, as he strongly believes that there lies the key to ensuring a wider medical coverage of this country.
Dr Tracyline Phillip-Blackburn
Dr Tracyline Phillip-Blackburn is a born Antiguan and Barbudan, who has a passion for bringing joy and comfort to anyone that comes in contact with her. Ever since she was a little girl, she always felt the need to be of useful service to others, thus deciding the best way to accomplish that was to become a doctor, this dream seemed unattainable, but she kept hope alive.
After high school she continued to be of service, she became a tour guide and commenced formal training as a massage therapist. While doing so, young Tracyline received word of her being awarded the long-awaited scholarship to study medicine at La Escuela Latinoamericana de Medicina in Havana Cuba. Throughout her 7 years there she worked diligently to develop her skills as a physician to be able to offer the best possible care to her patients. Upon graduation, Dr Blackburn garnered further experience while working at several specialised hospitals in Jamaica then returned home to accomplish her dream of actively caring for her people. Dr Blackburn is now the proud Co-Owner of Heritage Medical Services, wife to Dr Sean Blackburn, mother to two amazing boys.
